Paris Place de Droit, a non-profit association governed by France's Law of 1 July 1901, brings together France's leading legal institutions and professions around a shared ambition: to establish Paris as a major international legal hub dedicated to legal certainty, innovation, economic development and France's global influence.

Working alongside the association's Board of Directors, the Executive Board provides strategic leadership. Meeting weekly under the Chair's leadership, its members set objectives, determine strategic priorities, oversee sound administrative and financial management, engage the membership and submit governance decisions to the Board of Directors.

The Steering Committee plays an active role in designing Paris Dispute Resolution Day. It develops the substantive program with the support and guidance of the Strategic Advisory Committee, selects the round-table moderators, determines the day's content and oversees logistical and technical matters. It both drives the event forward and ensures its overall coherence.
The Strategic Advisory Committee is conceived as a forum for legal and strategic thinking at the intersection of practice, public policy and legal innovation. Comprising leading figures and representatives of key stakeholders in the French legal market, it advances the major issues championed by Paris Place de Droit and helps shape its long-term vision. In particular, the Committee contributes to developing the round-table and conference programs for our flagship events: la Nuit du Droit and Paris Dispute Resolution Day.
